anticipating packing up our home over the next week
baking cupcakes that sing of Summer
appreciating being able to dry washing outdoors
dreaming of eating al fresco in our very own garden this Summer
rolling down hills with the little ones I teach
drinking iced water and tropical smoothies
smiling at free samples of juicy pineapple to nibble on while I queue at the greengrocers
eating home baked bread with my Mother's home made jam
enjoying the sound of birdsong all day long
reading books with my children on the school field
watching swans 'running' across the water (as described by a 3 year old)
April, you have increased in loveliness each week. Hello May. I am (almost) ready for all of the adventures you might bring.
